1. The seller

La Boutique du Fujiste is operated by EKScreation — Karim Roland, rue des Grands Prés 156, 4032 Liège, Belgium. Enterprise and VAT number: BE0755.679.290. Contact: contact@laboutiquedufujiste.eu.

These terms govern orders for physical equipment and digital content placed with the shop. Provisions reserved for consumers apply to people buying outside their trade or profession.

2. Products, prices and orders

Product pages describe the equipment and its variants. Please check your selection, particularly its colour, before confirming your basket. Contact Karim for advice about compatibility or your photography.

Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and the total are displayed before you confirm your order. The price at the time of ordering applies; later catalogue changes do not affect a confirmed order.

Before confirming your purchase, you can check and correct your order details. Placing the order entails an obligation to pay and acceptance of these terms. An email confirmation is sent to you; retain it with your invoice.

3. Payment

Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. For an accepted quotation or a bank transfer agreed with Karim, the relevant documents specify payment arrangements. Do not act on unverified payment instructions.

4. Availability and delivery

La Boutique du Fujiste delivers exclusively within the European Union, excluding overseas territories.

Many products are ordered directly from Fujifilm. Procurement and preparation time is separate from transit time. Contact Karim before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date. The agreed delivery period will be communicated to you. Unless another period has been agreed, consumer orders must be delivered within 30 days of conclusion of the contract. Statutory rights in the event of delay remain unaffected.

DHL home delivery: €15 for orders below €299; free from €299. Indicative transit time: 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Collection-point delivery: €5 for orders below €100; free from €100. Indicative transit time: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Choosing your collection point: the carrier emails you when the parcel is dispatched so that you can select your collection point. It is therefore normal that you cannot select it at checkout.

The available methods and charges for your address are displayed before confirmation. Tracking is provided after dispatch. If a parcel appears lost, damaged or incomplete, contact Karim with your order number. For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes when the consumer, or a nominated third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

5. Consumer withdrawal and returns

For distance purchases of physical equipment as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the day after receipt to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to contact@laboutiquedufujiste.eu or use the model below.

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. Contact Karim to arrange the practical details; this does not restrict your right of withdrawal.

Handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond this.

The refund includes the goods' price and the original standard delivery charge, excluding any supplement for a more expensive delivery method you selected. It is made within 14 days of notification using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost to you. It may be withheld until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.

6. Warranty and after-sales support

New goods bought by a consumer benefit from the two-year statutory conformity guarantee from delivery. Notify Karim of any defect so that its handling can be arranged.

Subject to statutory conditions, you may obtain repair or replacement at no cost and, where these remedies are unavailable or in other cases provided by law, a price reduction or termination of the sale. Any manufacturer's commercial warranty supplements your statutory rights and does not replace them.

7. Professional purchases

Professionals in all sectors may buy for their business. Any special terms in an accepted quotation supplement these terms. Consumer withdrawal rights and the consumer conformity guarantee do not automatically apply to professional purchases. Other applicable guarantees and rights remain unaffected; contact Karim about support for the equipment concerned.

8. Complaints and applicable law

For complaints, email contact@laboutiquedufujiste.eu with your order number and relevant details. We will first seek an amicable solution.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law, including rules protecting EU consumers.

9. Presets and digital content

Presets are digital files; no physical goods are shipped. Check compatibility and installation information on the product page before buying. Immediate supply after payment requires your prior express consent to performance beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and your acknowledgment that your withdrawal right is lost once supply begins. This agreement is confirmed on a durable medium. Acceptance of these general terms alone does not replace that separate consent. Statutory rights concerning digital content that does not conform remain unaffected.
