Why is this information used?
Order details are used to fulfil your purchase, arrange delivery and provide order updates and after-sales support. Quote and advice requests allow us to assist you before a purchase. These activities are based on performing the contract or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Consolidated replenishment orders sent to Fujifilm use product references and quantities; they do not need customer contact details.

Retention
