With a 1:2 reproduction ratio, the FUJINON XF60mm F2.4 R Macro captures even the finest details. Subjects are projected onto the camera's sensor at half their actual size. It's the ideal lens for photographing subjects such as insects and flowers, close-ups of still lifes, or the smallest details of a product.
This very compact macro lens can be used in two ways. It's also a medium-range telephoto lens for portraits and any situation where a blurred background is needed.
MINIMUM FOCUSING DISTANCE OF 0.267 MNo other lens in the range offers such a close minimum focusing distance as the XF60mm F2.4 R Macro. To allow photographers to capture the smallest details in close-up, it can focus as close as 0.267m. Autofocus is precise, and the lens also features a mechanical aperture ring, very useful for controlling sharpness with absolute precision on close-up subjects.
ROUNDED SLATS
The XF60mm F2.4 R macro lens's diaphragm is precision-machined to deliver a smooth, delicate circular bokeh (out-of-focus areas). The nine blades form a near-perfect circular aperture, with rounded edges on each blade. This results in both soft bokeh in the out-of-focus areas and enhanced sharpness on the main subject.
SUPER EBC
Like other lenses in the XF range, the lenses of the XF60mm F2.4 R Macro benefit from a Super EBC coating to reduce the level of unwanted reflections and ghosting, thus improving contrast and color fidelity.
SUNSHADE PROVIDED
To avoid reflections that can impair image quality, the XF60mm F2.4 R Macro comes with a deep lens hood which uses a bayonet mounting system that attaches to the front element of the lens.
