European Union and Switzerland

 

Express Home Delivery:

Our express delivery takes between 1 and 3 business days from the date of shipment.

The cost is €15 for orders under €299 and free for orders over €299.

 

Pickup Point Delivery:

Delivery to a pickup point takes between 3 and 5 business days from the date of shipment.

This option is free, regardless of the order amount.

Réunion Island

 

Express Home Delivery:

Our express delivery takes between 1 and 5 business days from the date of shipment.

The cost is €50 for orders under €500 and €40 for orders over €500.
 

 

EKS Création presets are distributed in digital format and are instantly accessible worldwide.

 

All express deliveries are handled by DHL.

Pickup point deliveries are handled by Mondial Relay. The pickup point closest to your home is selected by default. You may change this location by specifying your preferred pickup point in the comment section at checkout.

 

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

 

 

Returns

 

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

 

In the event of a product malfunction covered under warranty (the legal warranty period is 2 years), return shipping costs for repair are free of charge.
