Article 1: Purpose These conditions govern the sales of digital cameras, lenses and accessories of the FUJIFILM brand by "La Boutique du Fujiste by EKScreation - Karim Roland BE 0755.679.290 .

Article 2: Prices The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated, and excluding processing and shipping costs. Prices are subject to change depending on the market, purchase prices, and competition.

Article 3: Orders You can place orders on our website. Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed no later than when your order is validated.

Article 4: Order Confirmation Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any order confirmation constitutes your full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 5: Payment Payment for your purchases is made by bank card through secure systems.

Article 6: Delivery. Delivery is handled by DHL. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the shipping date, and express delivery takes 1 to 3 business days from the shipping date. Deliveries are made to Belgium, Luxembourg, and France. Delivery costs are detailed in the "Delivery" section of our website.

Article 7: Returns The customer has the right to return the item within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The legal warranty is 2 years. In the event of a malfunction under warranty, return shipping for repair is free of charge.

Article 8: Liability The liability of "La Boutique du Fujiste by EKScreation as seller is that provided for by law in Belgium.

Article 9: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction This contract is written in French. These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
